Founded by Kimberly Salib in 2005, Art Gotham is a contemporary art gallery dedicated to discovering emerging and mid-career artists and exploring what art can become next. With locations in Soho, the East Village, and the Lower East Side, Art Gotham provides a dynamic platform for original voices and serves as a vital center for artistic exchange in New York City.

We believe a gallery should do more than exhibit and sell art. It should serve the future. Art Gotham is a laboratory for creative experimentation, giving artists the freedom to take risks, challenge conventions, and pursue new ideas. Through exhibitions, installations, special projects, conversations, and gatherings, we continually explore new ways for people to encounter and experience contemporary art.

At the heart of Art Gotham is community. We create a welcoming place where artists can meet, exchange ideas, challenge one another, and form meaningful relationships with collectors and the public. By bringing together artists, collectors, curators, and culturally curious people, we encourage dialogue, support artistic careers, and help build thoughtfully curated collections.
